COURSE OVERVIEW
This course is delivered in association with TVE International Academy, a CQI-IRCA (Chartered Quality
Institute and International Register of Certificated Auditors) Approved Training Partner, ATP Number:
6023829. TVE is one of the leading providers of Management System Training and offering a wide range of
Management Systems courses. The ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Lead
Auditor training is a CQI-IRCA Certified Course Ref. 2319. The course is results-driven and meet
internationally defined standards by adopting accelerated learning techniques. This certified course will
provide you with an internationally recognised skills and qualification in lead auditing. The course teaches
students the principles, processes, and techniques used for the assessment of and management of Food
Safety hazards and risks; and their significance for FSMS lead auditors. This CQI-IRCA certified course
meets the requirements of those seeking registration as FSMS Auditor/Lead Auditor. This certificate is also
fully recognised by many other international bodies as part of the training requirements for auditor
registration under the lead auditor schemes. The training is practically delivered by a leading instructor in
the field and utilizes accelerated learning & simulated audit exercises for a 'real practical feel' during the
training. Our performance competence-based assessments meet the training requirements. It is for
those seeking to lead and manage Food safety initiatives in their organizations.

COURSE ASSESSMENT
CQI and IRCA online exams are delivered through an online assessment system called SARAS. You will have access to two SARAS portals – one for your practice questions and the other for your exam. The portal links are shown below.
To log into your practice questions and exam you will need a username and password after registration for the exam.
EXAM FORMAT
All Lead Auditor online exams are structured as follows:

The exam questions will be a mix of:
The last two sections of the exam will include scenario questions related to conducting, reporting on, and closing out audits. You will be asked to evaluate the scenario presented to you and select the correct course(s) of action.
All questions will be computer-marked. The exams are open book, so you can refer to your notes from your training course. However, you are not permitted to use the internet to search for answers to questions. You will need access to a copy of the ISO management systems requirements standard associated with your course to answer some of the questions. The standards can be paper or electronic format.
To help you prepare for your exam, CQI-IRCA created 24 practice questions for the Lead Auditor exam. You are strongly advised to take the practice questions before taking your online exam to familiarize yourself with the question types and how SARAS works. You will have 30 days from the last day of your course to take your exam.
REMOTE PROCTORING
CQI and IRCA online exams are invigilated remotely, using Easy Proctor. The system will:
Acceptable forms of photo identification include: Current valid international passport, current driving licence and National identification card. Once you have completed the exam, Easy Proctor will compare your photo ID with your facial image to verify you are the same person and will analyse the recording of your exam session for any anomalies such as unexpected sounds, movements, objects, or people. It will then flag these incidents to the CQI for further investigation.
EXAM RESULTS
Once you have completed your exam, the CQI will review the findings from your
proctoring recording and if there are no issues, the results will be available for your training provider to
download within 10 UK working days. If you have not received your results within 14 working days of taking your
exam, please contact your training provider.
CERTIFICATE
An CQI-IRCA approved certificate for those who successfully complete all sections of the course, including 100% attendance, written and practical skills assessment. For students applying to CQI-IRCA for auditor registration, a certificate of successful course completion will be required which has been completed within 5 years of applying.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
This course satisfies the formal training requirements for those wishing to register with CQI-IRCA as a Lead Auditor, the certificate fully recognised as part of the training requirements for auditor registration under the lead auditor schemes.

Cash payment is not allowed. Payment in any convenient instalment is allowed starting with a minimum of 50% of the total training fee before receipt of training materials, however candidate must complete payment in full 3 days before class start date.
